Cliff Hanging

I began constructing this Grand Canyon,
Loaded with memories,
Emotions harnessing me as I navigate these cliffs,
so steep.

Each slight reinforcing the old grooves in its choppy landscape,
Layers and layers, layered deep into the walls,
Not a fortified city,
But this beauty stretching for miles,
I could never see it all,
Not within these flesh constraints.
